Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During high-volume periods (such as markets, holidays, or new releases), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Custom & Market Orders
Custom or made-to-order items placed at markets or events may require additional processing time. These orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on production time.
Customers who choose to have their order shipped will receive tracking information via email once the item has been completed and shipped.
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
For in-person market purchases, customers may choose to take their item at the time of purchase or have it shipped. By choosing shipping, the customer agrees to the processing and shipping timeframes listed above.
